Party Booking Guidelines
· Side Bar (Room to the right inside Main St. entrance) requires party of 20 or more. · TV Room (Room inside Madison St. entrance) can only hold 10-30 people.
· We do not require a booking fee for the TV Room. But, if your party is small and does not fill the room, we reserve the right to seat others in that room as well.
· We charge $100 non-refundable deposit for booking Side Bar, which will not pay for food, drinks or tips to bartenders or servers.
· We ask for a credit card number to secure booking and will not charge your account until the time of your party. In doing so, it will give you the opportunity to pay with a different method if you so chose.
· We reserve the right to charge your credit card the $100 in the event you do not show up for the scheduled booking.
· If you have not arrived at The Willard within 15 minutes of the booking time, we reserve the right to give away those tables to other customers.
· We will not reserve parties in Side Bar after 7pm or after 6:30pm in TV Room.
· We do not allow any food/drinks to be brought in from outside The Willard for parties booked other than cakes or cup cakes.
· You may decorate the room you book with most anything you chose except confetti. And we would ask that after the party you take the decorations with you.
· We do not allow live music or DJ’s.
· We do not take reservations for the main dining room or the veranda. (No exceptions) We also do not take reservations for single tables.
To make reservations please call 317-738-9668 between 11am-5pm. any day. Reservations should be made a few weeks in advance as these rooms book fast.
